Lance and Tina Schulze have been playing in APA since 2013.  They met while playing in the league, and when he asked her out on a date, she told him that she wouldn't go out with him unless he could beat her in a game of pool.  Many pool games and a couple of skill levels later, they married in Las Vegas in 2017. 
 
Lance and Tina previously supported APA Phoenix Metro as members of the tournament team from 2016-2020.  Lance has also served as a National Referee at the APA World Pool Championships and was honored as League Rep of the Year for Maricopa County in 2019.  They became League Operators for West Phoenix APA in 2020. 
 
In addition to being League Operators, Tina has worked in the human services field her entire life supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and Lance is a certified master mechanic.  Their family also plays on APA Leagues throughout the valley, and supporting and promoting APA is a central part of their lives.
